Privacy Policy

This policy covers the information we collect when you register for our webinar, either on this page or through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Who we are

Haven Wellness, PO Box 1079, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062. You can reach us at clinic@havenwellness.com about anything in this policy.

What we collect

When you register for the webinar, we ask you for:

Your name. First and last.
Your email address.
Your mobile phone number.
Your practice or clinic name. Optional, and only used to understand who is on the call.
Which session you picked. Tuesday or Thursday.

If you register through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram instead of this page, Meta collects the same information from your profile and passes it to us.

Collected automatically

Like most websites, this page records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and which pages you viewed. We use the Meta Pixel on this page, which sets cookies and reports back to Meta that a visit or a registration happened so we can measure our advertising. Meta handles that data under its own policies, which you can review in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

We do not collect health information, medical records, or patient data through this page. Please do not send us any.

Why we collect it, and what we do with it

We use what you give us for a short and specific list of things:

To send you the Zoom link for the session you registered for.
To send you reminders by email and text before the session starts.
To follow up after the session about the webinar, about future sessions, and about Haven Wellness products and partnership options.
To answer you when you reply or reach out.
To measure how well our advertising works, in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use outside services to actually run the webinar and send the messages. They receive only what they need to do that job, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

Our CRM and messaging platform stores your contact record and sends the emails and text messages.
Zoom hosts the live session and receives your name and email when you join.
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the form submission.
Meta receives advertising measurement data through the pixel described above, and provides the lead form if you registered through Facebook or Instagram.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How to opt out

You can stop hearing from us at any time, and you do not have to explain why.

Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us. That stops the texts immediately and keeps the emails, unless you also unsubscribe from those.
Emails: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.
Everything: email clinic@havenwellness.com and ask us to remove you. We will delete your record and confirm when it is done.

You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email the same address. If you live somewhere that gives you additional legal rights over your data, tell us and we will do our best to honor the request.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration record for as long as you are on our list. If you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted, we remove it, other than a minimal suppression record that exists solely so we do not accidentally contact you again.

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems run by the providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure, and we are not going to claim ours is. We keep what we collect deliberately minimal for that reason.

Children

This page and this webinar are intended for licensed practitioners and providers. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
